Chicago tuning, guitar tuning, baritone uke tuning, it's all the same thing.
Here are some books and links to resources that I've found helpful.
This is a great resource for DGBE tuning starts out pretty simple but cover music theory for the tuning and has a good explanation of the CAGED moveable chord system. Not a beginner book as much as it is a good reference book.
This book has intermediate arrangements of old standard tunes in chord solo format. Great book! Work your way through this book and not only will you have a nice repertoire of tunes but armed with knowledge of the CAGED system you should be able to make your own chord solo arrangements.
Washtub Jerry's book with show you how to play the most common chords in any key anywhere on the neck
Got any more suggestions?
