Hi again!

I ordered a banjo gig bag that's going to be a bit big since it's meant for resonator banjos. I asked the company for some extra fabric and/or foam so I can make my own cushioning to add to the case, but then they said they're working on a retro-fit option for people with open backs to use and asked for the dimensions of my banjo so they can send me a prototype. It's hard to say if indeed this will ever happen (you know how these things go) but that would be great if it did. Anyway I thought if I could send them at least one extra set of measurements besides my own, it might result in something more accurate since we all might measure a bit differently plus all our banjos might be a bit different. They know this is for a 12" pot. I'm not sure if they intend to make one retrofit option for all open backs (so not as perfect a fit for all open backs) or two options - one for 12" and one for 11" (or one that adjusts slightly for both)...

She said she wants the depth of the pot too.

	Theresse says: 3/12/2014 1:08:36 PM Actually, an 11" banjo might be good to have measurements for too (I don't think any of these things are exactly 12" or 11" - and i don't know if we're meant to include the brackets too when measuring for a bag/case - so I'll be including both with my dimensions) since they want to get something figured out for everyone I think.
