Recently had Mark Hickler make a fretless Cherry neck for a Gariepy Style I plectrum (P1-2) I owned. He did a wonderful job (as usual) down to copying the two-dot Gariepy headstock inlay. It plays great and sounds better! I'll try to get some pics on my home page.

	laguna21dc says: 4/6/2017 9:44:04 AM Just found out about Gariepy banjos . I have converted several of the aluminum pots to 5 string and have been amazed in the sound they produce. I have one (stew mac kit banjo) that I play for myself. I see no difference in the pots so I assume they are identical. Any wai I will keep an eye out for Gariepy banjos to rebuild.
