For sale is a basically brand new Recording King RK-R36, with a neck repair.
This banjo was purchased with a damaged neck. Other than the neck repair, this is a brand new banjo. There is no fret wear. It's never been played at all, other than 5 minutes of me noodling on it.
I repaired the neck myself. It is a good repair and stable, however I have made no attempt at finishing the repair so it will need some final sanding and finishing. Good potential for a speed neck.
I'm selling to raise funds for a Huber/Gibson parts project.
$400 for a RK-36. You won't find a better deal. Call me for details, I'll answer any questions you have.
