This is 1975 Ome Juggernaut in East Indian Rosewood. The condition is excellent. The original nickel plated parts are stellar and the original nitrocellulose lacquer finish is beautiful-No checking or cracking. There is a small area of some finish damage behind the volute.
The pot is the vintage 1/2 multi-ply maple rim with Silverspun (2-piece spun brass over steel hoop) tone ring.
Ebony finger board with one spike installed at A and the famous, stunning Juggernaut inlays in MOP.
This is a rare Juggernaut that has NEVER had a Shubb 5th string capo installed.
This banjo works exceptionally well as a resonator bluegrass/melodic or as an open-back since the flange plates can be removed easily.
Shipped in an original blue felt-lined 1970's case, Gotoh tuners with pearloid buttons and a AMB Max top-frosted head.
Photos will be added and updated soon
