Yates Ron Stewart model with archtop tone ring. Sounds amazing, with a growly pre-war tone and loud. Built in 2014. Warren Yates isn't building but a few more banjos, so get it while it's hot. Warren set this up when I visited his shop back in March; it plays really easily and has serious volume. It's got a little fret wear and some fretboard wear between 5th and 6th fret, but nothing that affects playability and the kind of thing pretty common with a rosewood fretboard (and it might be the result of the relic-ing that Warren does on all his banjos to age them - he couldn't remember when he saw it). Mahogany neck and resonator. A Yates-branded Superior hardshell case with a green plush interior is included. Thinning the herd, so not too interested in trades. $100 to ship lower 48, and I'll pay the Hangout.
