These old pegs have been in the parts drawer for 40 years or more and. likely came off a banjo made by Wm. L Lange, possibly a low end Paramount or a Langstile or ...? But they are (were) gold plated (some of which has worn off) so maybe from a more expensive one.
Anyhow they are the smaller Page pegs and they all turn pretty smoothly.
Hard to find (unless you're looking in my parts drawer).
