For sale is a genuine Canadian-built Calton case that's ready for someone to bring it back to its full potential.
The Cons:
A small batch of Canadian-built Calton cases developed an issue where the interior fabric and foam breaks down and sheds over time. This is one of those cases. It will need an all new interior to be truly exceptional, making it a great project if you're handy or have access to a quality case restoration shop.
The Pros:
The hard part is already done. The exterior is in excellent condition, and the case is structurally sound. I've thoroughly cleaned and buffed the entire exterior and installed a brand-new handle. Once the interior is replaced, you'll have a premium Calton case for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
If you've been wanting a Calton without paying new-case prices, this is an excellent opportunity.
