This is a beautiful banjo from 1890 with crisp MOP inlay on headstock and fretboard, and is in excellent plating condition. Aquilla reds bring out the snappy sound in this little gem. Specs below:

This model in Haynes' "Bay State" line had a larger rim than the 323 model but is otherwise very similar. This example has very nice, tasteful, saw-cut inlays on the peghead and fingerboard, and an ebony backstrap. From <billsbanjos.com/BayState325.htm>
