This is a great sounding banjo and in very good condition for a 99 year old banjo. The neck is built by Ron Coleman and set up by Greg Harmon and it has a remarkable sound and easy to play. It has a Bill Sullivan conversion flat-head tone ring and the rim is uncut. These old prewars are getting hard to find and this is a fine playing and sounding banjo everything you would want out a Gibson Banjo. It comes with the Original Gibson Ball-Bearing tone ring and the original tailpiece with a real nice hard shell case thats practically new.
