i have always loved the sound of a banjo. i built one years ago and sold it due to a bad marriage. now i am in a very good marriage with a woman that supports me in everything i do. in the warmer months i built bikes in the garage. now that winter has set in i have turned my attention to banjos. i built a plectrum and am now rebuilding an old tenor. (pics on my home page) this winter i plan to seriously persue learning to play banjo rather than just making noise. i also have plans to build three more banjos, a five string, a banjolelle, and a gourd banjo. i just love making something out of nothing, especially if it is usefull.more posts and pics to come.
