Killington, Vermont

Only 484 miles left to get to Katahdin.  We are staying for a night at Mountain Meadows Lodge near Kent pond.  A hot bath is great after several weeks without.

Hiking the Appalachian Trail?

Nice having a hot bath - though the "natural bath tubs" at Clarendon Gorge had to do for us when I was hiking through that area back in the 70's ;o)

Pinenut, do you have an on line trail journal? Perhaps you can post some pics from your trip when you are done. My Wife and I are gearing up for the trail in 2010 so we will have to talk when your are done. Keep your eyes open for sobo Mustang Sally as she is a friend of ours. She should hit Mount Washington in a few days. Way to go! Brian
