I can't wait. In a few weeks there will be the Bluegrass Festival in the Park in Henderson, KY. This has been a good crowd gathering event in the past.
But the reason I can't wait is due to the fact that this year,for the first time, I will have my banjo with me and my wife will bring her mandolin. So we will be looking to just sit down and jam with just about anyone. Hopefully, my b-n-l will also come along and bring his banjo. We plan on having lots of fun.

I am so used to the local gatherings we have had in the past. but with the passing of friends and all we have lost touch with some local players. Though my m-n-l keeps in touch with most of them . But, we'll be looking to see them here.

Henderson brings back memories. Used to go to the Park there and walk with my wife. We lived in Madisonville, KY at the time.
