Boy did we have fun up at this festival. This historical site is lovely with all of it's early 1900's historical buildings and museum. Keep this event in mind next july. It is a couple hours out of the twin cities in Wisconsin and is turning into a real special two-day festival. The pavillion is big and everybody had to squeeze into it because there was this great thunderstorm as we started playing. We warned people before hand that when we start playing a storm usually starts brewing.
We stayed to catch our buddies the Cabin Dwellers play an inspiring set of bluegrass. So much good energy they have. What fun.
