I've been updating my banjo hangout homepage and didn't realize everytime I add a photo or something new that it clogs the friend feed . My partner Kathy has been keeping the classifieds updated for the goldtone banjos and again I didn't realize every time she did that it spammed my friends list. I really apologize for all these unecessary posts. I changed my settings so I'll only post if I have a new video or something more interesting to say!

How do you do that? In my profile, I can select what stuff I want to be notified of when my friends post and can turn on or off all the various types of posts (blog, classifieds, videos, etc.) but if I want to change what my friends see when I post, it only lets me turn off or on everything.
