There's been several discussions on this one.All the metal has been replaced,twice I think,including the tone ring. That's why it's been for sale for 2 or 3 yrs.

I was just blown away at the price. Earl Scruggs considered buying one of my banjos years ago. I wonder how that would have increased its value?
