Ok, first banjo lesson is tonight, 1/29/08. My banjo hasn't arrived yet but I will get to borrow one for the lesson. I played the banjo a little back in the late 60's. Had a used Vega, Pete Seeger Model long neck. I know it's nostalgia but the banjo on order is the Deering version of the Vega Long Neck... can't wait for it's arrival. Yes, middle aged crazies have hit and I make no excuses!

Right there with you buddy, just go slow at first, keep your mind open to everyting related to the Banjo!
