After testing in September and chemo in October and November, I just had another CT and Bone scan done last Monday (New Years Eve). The results were not what I expected or hoping for! According to the test there has actually been slightly increased activity in the previous locations and there are now two new areas of concern.
We went to the Oncologist today and it looks like another nine weeks or so of chemo and then some more testing. I’m in it for the long haul and even though this appears to be a slight setback, the Doctor was still very optimistic about further treatments.
My overall health appears to be good and I have been gaining weight. There still appears to be no symptoms of the cancer that I am experiencing. While I am disappointed I know there is hope. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers and thank you in advance for your encouragement and support.
