Thanks Susi - it really was an experience of a lifetime for me. I know that's a bit over the top, but I think the hangout is one place I can actually admit that sort of thing! :)

Yes, I'd say it was mindblowing! I'm glad you received the book...as far as Earl touring Canada, I know he came pretty close (everything's relative I guess!) playing in Albany this weekend....his website isn't updated too frequently, but it never hurts to google his name with the current year; that's what I did to find BB Kings ("Earl Scruggs 2007").

Hey Llana - Glad you had a great time !! Tony T mentioned (at Nashcamp) that it was the best he's heard Earl play in quite some time. I think the term he used was "on fire" the whole show. Obviously it must have been that he knew you were in the audience ;-)
