It has been over a decade since Dave passed away and gosh still feels like yesterday he was here with us.
The girls and I have been going through all of Daves videos, photos and fun home movies where music and Dave are often the main star..such wonderful memories for us, soaking it up, drinking it all in, it just fills us to the brim with pride and joy .
Whilst going through his treasures we found over 200 backing tracks in fact 219 and we were wondering if this is something friends on banjo hangout would be interested in?
We were thinking of putting them up for sale on his website, we've just got to figure out how, it would be lovely to know if anyone likes the idea .

May I suggest you put your question(s) on the Shopping Forum. Forums get more reads than blogs.
I would think that there would be a lot of interest in 200 backing tracks and that people would be willing to pay a little bit for them. We often get threads about backing tracks, so you might have a pretty good audience for them.
You might even get some help from some of our computer gurus here on the Hangout as to how to put them up for sale.
If you do sell them on the Hangout, you must have a classified ad and agree to the rules and regulations which are located here: banjohangout.org/classifieds/rules/
Forums are locate on the left hand side of the page. Under forums, click browse forums, scroll to appropriate one and click on it. Then in upper left hand side of the page click on post new topic, give your topic a subject, ask your question(s) and either click on subscribe to comments (window below the text) or click on post new topic. hello dave hum family! i have been trying to get ahold of dave hums tabs forever, so glad to see an update from you guys! i have sent you an email regarding purchasing the tabs from you, as i've tried using your website but it always says the payment failed to process so i'm looking forward to hearing from you. and yes i would love if backing tracks were made available too!

Hi Hum Family! Dave continues to inspire us all. Glad to see you have his backing tracks on the store. Is there any chance you all will repost his "Traveling Light" Album? I used to love streaming that off the jukebox.

Thank you for sharing Dave's backing tracks. Because of his musical influence upon my life since 2018 as a fellow banjo player, I feel like Dave is my brother, even though I never had the privilege to meet him. I play along nearly every day with Dave's backing tracks, learning the banjo from his YouTube videos. It is my sincere hope that you will release many more of Dave's backing tracks in the future. It would mean so much to me. I for one would be willing to pay three times more than what you've graciously asked for the tracks so far. They are worth more than gold to me. I have tried to create my own backing tracks, so I know the hard work that goes into making them. Being able to buy Dave's high quality tracks is a true blessing. I pray for you all regularly.
