I have a new left handed 5 string banjo, looking for lessons to learn it, due to I am left handed and cannot play right handed due to left pinky finger will lock out and can't hit cords correctly with it. Any advice is welcome and greatly appreciated.. Thank you all in advance for the help..,

What kind of music do you want to learn to play? Bluegrass, clawhammer, jazz, Celtic? Once you decide that, then we can recommend teachers, books, videos, etc.
You might want to post your question(s) in the forum genre that you want to learn; i.e., bluegrass, claw, etc.
As far as making chords correctly, you can make partial chords and not use that particular finger, it can be done.
