I have a MasterTone 4 string banjo I'd like to get a value estimate on but having trouble making sense of the number embossed inside the rim. It's 3-9102-32 the gold label says Nashville. The word Gibson is in script and there is a MasterTone label between the lowest 2 frets.
Any help will be appreciated

It may be a Gibson Mastertone Copy or a Gibson made (assembled) at Gibson in Nashville. I would say that the best way to determine its value is to look at the selling price of those for sale on Ebay.
I own a Gibson Mastertone 1950's era "Bow Tie" model. (pearl inlays on the neck look like bow ties.) I would guess it is worth about $1,000 but that is a guess since tenor banjos are not as popular as they were 50 years ago.
