Well how to feel dumb after putting the new banjo mute on wrong. There is a learning curve for all this stuff but it did give me the opportunity to retune my banjo again. It usually stays in tune pretty well. Nasty weekend this weekend , lots of freezing rain and snow so I got lots of practice time. :)
I found great bluegrass stations on internet radio on my computer! So I have been listening to bluegrass most of the day. So many songs I have never heard or heard of.
I am really moving along with the Strum Machine and getting a few of the tunes better. It can be frustrating but I find if I start out slow each time and gradually speed up things bet better.

Judith511 For your listening pleasure, the Bluegrass Album Band. They focused on playing many of the old standards. JD Crowe played banjo with them.
