Vacations, even weekend getaways, are great, but nothing beats being at home. Kids get back on their schedule, home cooked meals and time for the banjo! I just posted a new one in the music uploads area because Tom Mirisola wanted a clip of the KKCC model. He is hoping to put pictures and many more sound clips on the AmericanBCo website! Anyway, thanks to Howard Seth Miller, one of our BHO members, for e mailing me some very helpful info on recording with sounded like I was recorded in a deep grave, but think it is much improved with his help. Let me know if you have any more sound suggestions (other than just PLAY BETTER!).

Lem,  You need to get a flathead while there are some still available. I know of a 1939 Walnut 75 and a PB-4 for sale. I owned the 75 which is 444-2 on Greg Earnest's site.  I sold it for a mahogany 3.  They just have that depth to the sound.  I still have an RB-1 I just didn't have the heart to alter for sale now too if you know anyone looking. Thanks, Brian Workman 417-291-0536 cell
