Here's what we've updated site Friday's list was posted. 8 down, 43 to go!
- Member tagging (beta): this is a very exciting feature for me. See details here >
- Implemented more accurate “who’s online” tracking system (which gives us the "X Banjo Lovers Online") number at the bottom-left). The old system was wildly inaccurate, mostly because it didn't filter out bots.
- Lots of member homepage changes:
- Reformatted your member homepage to give easier access to your content. More to come here, but it's progress.
- Hid buttons for various content types (such as "Blog" on member homepages if that member has never posted such content.
- Added links to upload MP3, photo and video when in your “Media” tab on your member homepage.
- Put “Newest Videos” at the top of the list on the member’s “Media” page, since that is the most popular media type.
- Prettied up the main blogs page.
- Made the Member Search page into a simpler two-column format by removing the “new Blog posts” column, since the blogs page covers that.
- Fixed bug which was causing the left column to not be scrollable, along with various other layout bugs.
- Changed search boxes under Tabs and Classifieds to be "Quick Search" boxes, making it very easy to find just what you want.
- Fix image styling on pages like this where members had inserted very large photos. Photos will now automatigically be resized to fill the window.
