what makes these heads special?... I have put on one of the goat skins that i bought from you...I put it on a Robinson banjo...12 inch head...it has that scalloped tone ring...its either an amazing banjo or that one hell of a skin...She sounds OMG good...I got the banjo off ebay...and I got lucky..the head installed very easy..Im a rookie...a rookie thats put on about 14 heads..I like the thinness of a skin for ease in getting it on..ive only used Stewmac heads prior to yours...i will buy more...feel free to educate me about skins...i think its a blast putting one on and then hearing your new banjo...

Stern tanning produces highest-grade, machine-sanded, calf hides. Stern hides feature precise, even, thickness (for optimum tonal response). These are comparable to the best heads of the bygone era. Availability is very limited.
