Left my Calico at home in Charlotte and traveling with my 10 year old Deering Goodtime 2--which played, and sounded pretty amazing in that huge room (big thanks to the crew). Just another reason I'm a DEERING FAN FOR LIFE! Love my "Great American Banjos!"
What an amazing time getting to play on stage in the Big Room at The Mirage Events Center just prior to hosting the live broadcast of The National Quality Dealer Awards on the World Wide Web from Vegas...
A packed house and very appreciative audience made me feel right at home...like a banjo show happens here every day... :)
My third time playing here in Vegas and each time was even better than the last.
