Hi Everyone,
Thanks for visiting the BanjoTeacher.com BanjoHangout home page. I've been staying home more this year but hope to ramp up my traveling some next year. I built a new video recording studio and also a shop for doing set ups right here at home. I plan to offer workshops at my house in Florida this year too. I have been adding lots of new products and instruction material. We now carry Goldtone, Goldstar, Morgan Monroe, Recording King, Nechville and Deering Banjos. Not to mention the ResNick Resophonic banjo. We've added lots of new banjo accessories, more banjo finger picks, pickups for banjo, tone rings and other items I recommend. I've just added a free instruction article blog, more beginner online lessons, and I've recently recorded three new intermediate level Banjo DVDs.The Banjo Cruise will be a good one this year too. We have a lot of free banjo lessons at BanjoTeacher.com too. We have free banjo tablature you can download and keep, free instruction articles, a banjo teacher list for the US, Europe, Canada and Australia and a Free Banjo Book you can download for signing up for our mailing list.
I want to say special thanks to my assistant Kathy. She is the only person I know that can work as hard and fast as I can. Together we do the work that 5 people should be doing. I also had a lot of hard work from Alasdair MacMilan who's expertise built my new website template and made it all functional. What a job, there are so many little things that take up lots and lots of time. It's one thing when I work myself like a dog, but when others work hard there is no way to show enough appreciation. I can be as demanding on them as I am myself and I am pretty hard on me.
