Looking to expand my already enormous repertoire, but as I only learn tunes that I really like, I have noticed a dearth of new tunes that grab me. Must be looking in the wrong places. Any ideas welcomed, but more toward the Scruggsy/Keith end of the spectrum.

One of the best newer tunes I've heard is "Dakota" by Bill Evans. It's played in B capo 4. Check it out. My band loves it.

My bandmates gave me a few suggestions last week, some tracks from Ned Luberecki, Rob McCoury, Bill Emerson and Ron Stewart. Nice tunes. I'll give Dakota a spin soon, thanks.
