John - Thanks for posting. Been to Vieques, back in the mid eighties, before Obama gave it away. Half the island was a military practice area. I used to sit on the west end of St. Thomas and watch the Navy bombing the south beach of Vieques. Must be a lot of un-exploded stuff all over that island!
