For the last couple of years I've been playing a double bill at the Port Hope Bandshell with The North Shore Ramblers (me, Al Kirby and Zeke Mazurek) and Sheesham Crow & Lotus Wight (Teilhard Frost and Sam Allison). Last night was our yearly bandshell gig and we had a ball. Teilhard came up and did some step dancing to one of our fiddle tunes. Sheesham and Lotus put on a great old timey show and I got to mess around with one of Teilhard's wonderful gourd banjos. If you need a gourd banjo (and who doesn't) be sure to check out his.
