This is my first blog posting on Banjo Hangout so I'll be brief.
I've been fortunate to have been a professional Tenor Banjoist since the late 1970's - the instrument has taken me to some 116 Countries and 46 US States.
For the past 30 years, I've been a Headline Entertainer (Cabaret Act) on over 85 different Cruise Ships around the world.
I lived in New Orleans French Quarter for over twenty years and ptobably would still be there were it not for Hurricane Katrina! I'm pleased to say that I'm now happily settled in Bangkok, Thailand.
I'm looking forward to interacting with the group here. Don't be shy....drop me a message!

Welcome to the Hangout, Jim. I think you will like it here and expect you will have some interesting contributions to make. I spend most of my time on the old-time, clawhammer side, but I enjoy hearing about all varieties of banjo styles.
You must sign into your myHangout account before you can post comments.
