Adam Hurt, deemed a "banjo virtuoso" by the Washington Post, has fused several traditional old-time idioms to create his own elegantly innovative clawhammer banjo style. He has taught at every major banjo camp, released four banjo-centric recordings and teaches constantly via skype and live lessons.

Cathy Fink has been playing banjo since 1974. Her CD “Banjo Haiku” influenced Adam Hurt and a few generations of old time players. She teaches clawhammer banjo with www.Truefire.com and with www.homespun.com. She tours and performs with Marcy Marxer and has released a total of 44 albums. She produced Adam Hurt’s album, “Insight”.
