Last summer, my Nechville Vintage neck developed another crack. It had taken a nasty fall about a year ago. After some discussion, we decided it would be best to replace it.
In talking with the shop, I decided to this time get a different inlay and peghead. So, the Vintage is now a mahogany Orion.
The shop crew decided this would also be a good time to refinish the resonator.
It plays great, it has the same sweet tone. Its been almost four months in the waiting, but its here and I can't wait to take it and play it.

Thanks, Janice. I had the first neck a long time so it was an adjustment. The shop did a great job of shaping the neck to the same dimensions as its predecessor. It was a sweet tone: youtube.com/watch?v=iPq5ENK1464
