Hi BHO friends, I've been occupied with getting better after the truck hitting me things, and not having much time to hang out here and listen
to all the new playing posted, doesn't mean I'm not thinking about it.
I go to a physiotherapy gym 3 times a week, and that takes a fare bit of energy. The rest of the time I'm herding cats and recovering from
doing stuff, or using the other two days, to get outside the house stuff done.
I managed to run on an elliptical exercise device unit, at the physiotherapy gym, for 5 miles, last Monday. Or as we have to say here
in Canada 8.04672 kilometers.
I'm hoping to get it to the 6.2 mile range this week, which is in the ten kilometer zone. It's not the same as real running, but I hope it
leads to being able to actually run on the actual ground.
Banjo-ing is slowly moving along, I think the big picture/s of just walking and holding a coffee without spilling too much, are still
taking precedence. But soon, more banjo.
