Hope you all had spectacular Independence Days, filled with sparkle and delight.
I am thrilled to announce that registration is open for the Stephen Foster Old-Time Music Weekend, September 11-13 at The Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park White Springs, FL https://www.floridastateparks.org/park-events/Stephen-Foster
We have a truly terrific line-up for 2015: We have two-time Grammy winners Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer, the Dynamic Duo of Beverly Smith and John Grimm, Saint Augustine’s Mighty Tommy Bledsoe, Celtic and Old-Time fiddle marvel Aisha Ivey, Florida State Fiddle and Banjo Champ, Chuck Levy, and Florida Masters Ron and Carole Whisler (Just in Time string band).
We offer classes (two levels of fiddle and banjo, as well as guitar, singing, and some uke), concerts, workshops, one-on-one tutorials, jams, good fellowship, a little mayhem, with a high likelihood of fun.
