My 1974 Ome Juggernaut I in maple arrived a few days ago from Folkway Music in Ontario Canada! I'm ecstatic! It's a twin of my 1975 version to replace the one I sold years ago and is currently floating around Tokyo somewhere.
It compliments my Rosewood version nicely!

Beautiful! I have never duplicated a banjo, but would surely consider it if the deal was right. I am sort of curious why you wanted the "twin." instead of a different model Ome (or perhaps a different brand entirely).

To answer your question...I've "been there and done that"...and the Ome brand really songs to me...in particular, the Juggernaut model....I just love that Inlay pattern...i really like the old ones with the old inlay variations and I miss the Maple one I had 10 years ago and sold...I was lucky to find this one with all same specs including he abalone inlays.
