There's no use to complain to folks about things.........90% of people don't care to hear about it..........the other 10% are glad you're having trouble.

However, yesterday, I got a parking ticket at metered parking in Wichita. I had paid for 2 hrs worth of parking. Can back to car in about 1-1/2 hours, still had 24 min on the meter, on I had the 15.00 violation citation. To complain means I would have to go to courthouse and set an hearing date. Hmmm, I guess you are right.
