I've been after one for a while and eventually found a Dobro branded resophonic banjo. I tried making one after hearing Joemac's home made one but my skills and patience aren't up to it. I bought it the other day from Ken of "Kentucky Tundra" in Alaska and currently it's in transit from Anchorage after reaching there from Fairbanks.

Well that's as good as it gets, if you've managed to locate one of these, almost hens teeth machines then you have a real piece of dobro history. I've wanted one all my life, well done!
