Is it free or do i have to pay for it to view tabs on this site?

Lyle: When you download the program you get the free demo version which lets you play the TABS, and has limited capability. It is essentially a TAB reader. I don't believe you can modify and save the TABS, but I believe you can slow them down, and do other such functions. Here's the web site: tabledit.com/index.shtml
My suggestion - the $60 that you pay for the full version might just be the best investment you make in your learning resources. I use TablEdit all the time - its the most useful tool I have.

You can get a free demo here on the hangout. Go to the tabs and lessons on the left hand side of the page, click on tab archive. When there, click on blue underlined information that says "Check out software...." then click on Tabledit Viewer (Tabview) and follow instructions on Tabledit site. Then you can download and view/print anything that is Tabledit software. You can download the entire song and print it. If you download the Tabledit software only then when you print, you'll have D E M O across all your tablature. And, if you like the software, you can purchase it and have all the editing and saving goodies that TefView doesn't have.
There are other software you can download also -- same spot, lefthand side of page under Tabs & lessons.
Download software, download tabs and enjoy! NO! There is NO charge for tabs on this site.
