I'm on the banjo staff along with Ned Luberecki, Murphy Henry and Gary Davis at Steve's Bluegrass Kamp in Maryville, TN, which is consistently rated the best music camp of its kind. There are classes for 8 different instruments along with voice and songwriting. Plenty of chance to jam with nightly concerts featuring 50 plus of the world's greatest bluegrass instructor/performers. www.flatpik.com

Yes, let me know if there's something specific you're interested, just on the off chance I wasn't planning to bring one of those. Sounds like we're going to have a good group of pickers.

I follow your beginner column in the Banjo Newsletter and have visited your website several times . According to Kamp criteria I qualify for intermediate level and am interested in Beyond Basics of Bluegrass Banjo, Blazing Backups, Smoking...Licks and the two top ten Jamming books. Thanks, really looking forward to the experience.

If you're around on Monday evening, the staff concert that I will be playing in is open to the public at the Clayton Center on campus. You can find ticket info through the Center's website or Steve Kaufman's site. Keep on picking!

I was in your beginners class this week at the Kamp. Not to slight the other three instructors, but I sure did like your style of teaching. I also finally figured out how to download your e-book. Thanks for a great week.

Probably the best camp I've ever been involved in, largely due to the focus and caliber of the students. Best wishes to continued growth for all the campers!
