It's official. I will be moving from Bonners Ferry, Id to Memphis, TN! Soon I will have to say farewell to my wonderful teacher.
Two years ago I never would have thought I would be able to play the banjo. Then I met Fiddilin Red. The first time I say him I thought he came through a time portal from the 1800's. I found out that he taught banjo and decided to give it a whirl. From that first song old joe clark he has been encouraging and optimistic about my playing. I jam with him on fiddle or guitar and have a blast. It's been a great ride and I never would have gotten this far without him.
But sadly I must now say farewell. I will always remember this man who started me on the path to becoming a banjo player. Thank you Red.
