I know musicals are kind of goofy, but I really like the idea of spontaneously breaking out in song. My wife and I frequently break out in song over dishes, dusting and just walking down the road with the dog. It's usually hymns or old folk songs, but we do know the odd tune from "Oklahoma" or "Camelot".
I think we're designed to be spontaneously musical. The Pentatonic scale is almost built in to our genes. I look forward to singing with angels some day. Check out my weblog on the subject..

Agreed! But, "I'm just a fool who can't say 'no'."

Not when there's "wavin' wheat, that sure smells sweet..." involved.
