I just purchased David Holt's double volume tutorial series. It's great!!!!
The digital 'download' isn't really a download though - it's a bit annoying to be roped into a third party platform and have the files only available on the cloud. I would rather have them on my own PC - that way I would actually own what I paid for, if you know what I mean.
Nevertheless - this was a great purchase. Really clear and easy to follow tutorials. I can recommend it for a beginner.

That set was one of the tutorials I leaned on very much. Good luck. Brad

Did you buy them from our online catalog? If so, you can download the software, which lets you download the videos to your computer so you can play them offline whenever you'd like. You can even copy the files to your mobile device or tablet for offline viewing, which is what I do!

Hi Schlange, yes I followed the link from this site to Homespun and downloaded via their Brainware application. I've figured out how to 'own' the files I purchased, but have little idea about the difference between the download methods. It's all a bit clunky and vague to me! I still haven't got the files to work on my android tablet. I'll find a way, but it's not easy dealing with this method of purchasing stuff and I won't be doing it again! Next time I will go for the physical discs in the mail! It's a shame, because digital download is supposed to enhance access and make things easier and more flexible for people. As a web designer and technology nerd myself, I have seen how much easier things can be but, unfortunately, it's not the case for Homespun/Brainware. But I'm sure they'll get better :-) Their online chat help is really good - so that's something!
