Well after leaving my banjo alone for my RH to heal last week I pronounced it better and l laid into it for 5 hours solid on Friday. I'd fitted and tuned up a new 5 star mylar head and it sounded great :-) Just couldn't put it down! Saturday however the pain is back just in my pinky (I'd dropped the pinky and 4th plant) so I've been resting it, icing it, heating it popping Aleve's like candy. It's extremely frustrating.
Back to the fiddle for a bit. Meanwhile the nice clean frosting looks at me waiting to be worn away.... I really hope this is just a minor thing.

Hey Patrick maybe five hours at a time is just a tad too much at this stage, better to play little and often than have to wait days on end for you fingers to heal, good luck and lets hope that you are plucking them strings pretty soon regards Lee
