New Album on It's Way!

Posted by BradKolodner on Thursday, May 16, 2013

My father Ken Kolodner (hammered dulcimer, fiddle) and I are hard at work recording our next album, Skipping Rocks. We're planning for a late-summer release. The album will feature a number of traditional old-time tunes with a handful of originals on hammered dulcimer, banjo, twin fiddles, bass, guitar, mandolin, gourd banjo, banjola and vocals. World-renowned multi-instrumentalist Robin Bullock will play guitar and mandolin on the album. Alex Lacquement provides the bass. Stay tuned!

Here are a couple of links to tunes that'll appear on the new album:

Billy in the Low Ground

Down on My Knees

Reuben's Train

Congratulations, Brad. That's some really great music in those videos. I look forward to the CD. And I look forward to seeing your Dad at Kentucky Music Week in a few weeks.
