I bought this ap for my phone for $15.00 and it is great for practicing, I plug the phone into a portable speaker and I am a one man band! I put Mark Becks MP3 tracks in the Slow Downer and I can speed them up or slow them down, this works great for travel and campfires.I find this the best way for me to practice.

Yeah I have that one too but I wanted it on my phone so I could play wherever, and then it dawned on me to put Mark Becks MP3s on there.I found that some tracks at medium speed were too slow and fast tracks were too fast now I could play at any speed I want.To me it is better than a metronome.
