Saw the band "Shady Grove" play last night. It was a fun show. My particular favorite was their version of "M.T.A." by the Kingston trio. They did a really good job of that. My wife and I met up with a co-worker of mine and his wife while there. That was nice too. Funny thing, on the way home on the Goldwing, we ran into a pretty helthy rainshower, and my brain shifted gears to a song of long ago teenager-dom to Meatloaf's "Bat out of Hell" I didn't own a bike then, but what a great biker song. I wonder if there is a banjo version of that song. My, how people can change. What if I changed the words a litlle...
"And I think somebody somewhere must be playing a banjo"
Naw, how about..
"and the last thing I see is my banjo, still playin.."
nope. how about...
"I'm breakin out of my body and frailin away... like a bat out of hell!.."
Yup, that one will work. TeeHee
