4 Years later I have been playing bass with my praise band at church and have not done much more with my banjo. I must get back to it. I miss having it at the store to practice but it has been too busy to do that. I wasn't very good anyway with my banjo but I still love bluegrass and enjoy playing so I will be putting some practice in my schedule again.

Great post and well articulated, Trey. I struggle with focus too- so many instrument distractions...but I always come back to the banjo to get it all sorted. I have always wanted to learn banjo but you got me motivated. Keep hitt'n bass AND banjo, mate! cheers, Alan
