i've finally put together a book of 62 tunes, tabs and accompanying CD. It's a bunch of tunes that are mostly commonly played at Australian bush dances or Irish sessions. I've spent years working out how to play them on the 5 string(3 finger style) as there were no books I could find with arrangements for banjo. I've developed new ways to find the notes, similar to and influenced by the great Tom Hanway, Doub Pearce and others, keeping things as easy as possible while maintaining integrity and interest in the tune. they're contempory arrangements which will fit in with the other instruments. Most of the tunes, i've 'road tested', ie played them at gigs and sessions. you can see a picture of the cover and the tune list at my blog site www.petersomervillebanjo.blogspot.com.au ,,, and there's a 'buy now' button. you can see some tabs and listen to some of the tunes here on the hangout.

Awesome. Sorry I was away for so long. I had to get out the new project, and I finished this weekend. Done.
